Dry van · Quote comparison
The cheaper quote described a different load

A fictional educational example, not a completed AMLINEX shipment or customer testimonial.
A wholesale supplier receives two transportation offers and initially focuses on the lower price.
Looking more closely, the buyer finds that one offer uses an early freight estimate and a flexible delivery window. The other reflects the final pallet dimensions and a fixed receiving appointment.
The buyer sends both providers the same updated shipment description and asks them to identify their assumptions, included charges and conditions that could change the price.
Once the offers describe the same job, the purchasing team can compare them on a common basis and document its choice. No saving needs to be assumed to see the value of correcting the comparison.
